Matcha chia pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup + 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 scoop (2 tsp) JOYÀ Focus Matcha Superblend
  • optional: sweetener of choice to taste (we love a touch of honey)

Turmeric Yogurt

  • ½ cup yogurt of choice (coconut milk yogurt is divine here!)
  • ½ tbsp JOYÀ Restore Turmeric Superblend
  • optional: 1 scoop protein powder
  • optional: sweetener of choice to taste

Best fillings and toppings:

  • ⅓ cup fresh or (frozen and thawed) raspberries, mashed
  • Optional toppings: fruit, cacao nibs, bee pollen, coconut chips, granola, chopped nuts, hemp seeds

How to make Matcha Golden Milk Layered Chia Pudding Parfait

  1. Using a handheld frother or blender, blend Focus Superblend into the milk. Taste and sweeten if desired.
  2. In a ~2-cup glass jar or small bowl, combine chia seeds and milk and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. When ready to assemble parfait: Stir again, and if pudding is too thick, loosen with a little more milk.
  5. In a cup or small bowl, combine yogurt, Restore Superblend and protein powder (if using) and stir to combine. Taste and sweeten if desired.
  6. Layer parfait components in a 10-12 oz glass: chia pudding / mashed raspberries / yogurt / chia pudding / yogurt / desired toppings
