Energizing Matcha Mint Smoothie

This refreshing take on a green smoothie is an ideal way to get in those greens with ease!   • ½ cups fresh or frozen spinach
  • ¼ cup cucumber
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups dairy free milk or water
  • 2 teaspoons JOYÀ Focus Matcha Superblend
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint OR ¼ teaspoon mint extract
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Optional topping ideas: freeze dried or fresh raspberries, flaked coconut, granola, chia seeds, hemp hearts, nut butter

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until all of the spinach has broken down and a smooth, frothy smoothie is formed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl or glass and top with desired toppings

Make ahead: smoothie can be covered and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days
