Ingredients to make a Mocha Protein Shake
- 1 cup milk of choice (or part water, part milk)
- 1 scoop protein powder* (plain or vanilla, or chocolate for extra chocolatey flavor)
- 1 serving JOYÀ Calm Cacao Superblend
- 1 shot espresso (OR ¼ cup strong brewed coffee OR 1 tsp instant coffee/herbal coffee)
- optional: 1 scoop collagen powder*
- optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
- optional (if using unsweetened protein powder): 1 soft, pitted Medjool date (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
- handful ice
