  • 1 cup milk of choice (or part water, part milk)

  • 1 serving JOYÀ Calm Cacao Superblend
  • 1 shot espresso (OR ¼ cup strong brewed coffee OR 1 tsp instant coffee/herbal coffee)
  • optional: 1 scoop collagen powder*
  • optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
  • optional (if using unsweetened protein powder): 1 soft, pitted Medjool date (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • handful ice

How to make a Perfect Mocha Protein Shake 

  1. Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
