  • 1 cup milk of choice (or part water, part milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder* (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 serving JOYÀ Calm Cacao Superblend
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • optional: 1 scoop collagen powder*
  • optional (if using unsweetened protein powder): 1 soft, pitted Medjool date (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • handful ice

Defend Vanilla-Maca Superblend Variation

  • 1 cup milk of choice (or part water, part milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder* (OR plain or vanilla protein powder + 1.5 tsp cacao/cocoa powder)
  • 1 serving JOYÀ Defend Vanilla-Maca Superblend
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • optional: 1 scoop collagen powder*
  • optional (if using unsweetened protein powder): 1 soft, pitted Medjool date (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • handful ice

How to make a Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
