Why you'll love this Berry-Rose Superblend Protein Shake
We often think of rose water as a unique floral flavor found in Middle Eastern or Indian desserts, or even as a soothing component of natural skincare. In truth it can be both. So naturally, we had to see if it works in something nutritious and delicious like a protein shake. And boy does it ever!
Aside from having a fun and vivacious pink color, this Berry-Rose Protein Shake is:
- hydrating due to its water and coconut milk base. Coconut milk also adds creaminess and a dose of healthy fats.
- protein-packed to help keep you full and satiated. Opt for a plant-based variation or add a scoop of collagen for even more amino acid power.
- antioxidant-rich in the form of berry or beet (or both) powder, which also happen to lend this drink their beautiful pink hue.
- Defend Vanilla-Maca Superblend for even more antioxidants, adaptogens and immune support with the help of reishi, ashwagandha, maca + lion's mane.
- rosy! Aside from bringing floral flavor (a little goes a long way), rose water is said to have skin and digestion loving properties, along with being yet another dose of antioxidants.
So how does the saying go? Stop and sip the berry-rose protein shake?
