Adaptogenic Protein Shake
(Focus OR Defend Superblend)
Serves 1 • Paleo / Vegan + Dairy optional / Caffeine-free optional (if using Defend Superblend)
Welcome to the “shake” – creamier than an iced latte, but less ingredient-dense and thick than a smoothie. For this base shake recipe, protein powder and your choice of the Focus or Defend Superblend get blended with ice for a frothy adaptogenic drink. You can optionally add collagen for some extra protein and support for skin, joints, bones and muscles, and chia seeds for fiber, protein and healthy fats.
For a caffeine-free version, go for the Defend Superblend + cacao powder (or instant herbal coffee) combo. Or if you’re looking for a little buzz, go for the Focus Superblend or Defend + coffee combo.
